Welcome to Picture Skew’s new weekly web series, Ask A Video Artist.

Think of it as “Everything you ever wanted to know about Video Art, but were too afraid to ask.” Each week, Jessie Scott has asked a different Video Artist (local, international, great and small) to select a piece of Video Art which has moved, inspired, frustrated, challenged or amused them, and to tell us in their own words, why.
